Public Interest To Impose A Number Of Legal Issues

Along with the rapid development of socialist market economy, acquisition in our country has become the common phenomenon in the social life, meanwhile, from this has also initiated many social problems. In order to realize the value and the function of acquisition itself and solve the problems which caused by acquisition, then attain a balance between public interest and private right. This article hold that perfecting the laws and regulations of acquisition should be based on our national situation and legislative experiences from abroad. Three main problems should be solved in details , namely is defining the scope of public interest , perfecting the procedure and compensation of acquisition .At the same time , acquisition law should be made to regulate the problems of acquisition systematically.
