Moral education model is the implementing system of the moral education,including certain ideas and theories, a series of principles, strategies, methods andmeans. It can be the reproduction of the prototype object of the real moral education,and can be constructed through the assumption. So the construction of the moraleducation model has a vital significance for the overall programming to the moraleducation. With the method of literature study, historical analysis, comparative studyand model study, this paper wants to construct a modern moral education modelbasing on the suggestion of the history, in order to improve the efficiency of the moraleducation, to figure out the modern citizen who can meet the requirements of thetimes and the development of human society demands, through clarifying the notionof the moral education, reforming its content, exploiting the approaches and methodsof the moral education.The paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is the introduction.Based on the concept of the great moral education, this chapter interprets the conceptof the model, the moral model, and moral pattern classification. And this chapterexpounds on the status of the moral education research now, including the variousdiscourses of moral pattern classification, the moral model development in china andall sorts of the current moral education models.The second chapter tells the development of the moral education model inChina since the founding of the PRC. It is divided into four stages: stage of the earlyof the founding of the PRC (1949-1965), stage of the Cultural Revolution (1966-1976), stage of the Cultural Revolution later to the early days of Reform andOpening up (1977-1989) and New Era (1989-present). The four stages are comparedfrom four aspects: the backdrop, the notions, the content and the methods of the moraleducation. Then the paper gets the features of the moral education model in China,three changes in the development and four revelations.The third Chapter is the construction of a modern model of moral education, isthe focus of this paper. With the absorption of various statements, looking on the theory of the human nature and the comprehensive development of man as theprimary theoretical basis, looking on the theories of building a harmonious societyand the ecological theory of moral education as reality basis, and in accordance withthe principle of inclusiveness model, according to the main principles, guidingprinciples and practical principle and the development of principles and the scientificprinciples, this chapter constructs a modern moral education model. The soul of thismodel is a new interpretation of "human" meaning, which is to form the moraleducation notion. "The hierarchical structure map as the Leaning Tower" expoundsthe relations among the four levels, and draws heavily on psychological theories toprove that the structure is reasonable. Then this chapter gives the corresponding moralways and means. The summary of this chapter concludes the innovation of this paper,also pointed out the shortcomings of innovation, affirmed its limitations and flaws,and thinks that these must be put into practice to obtain confirmation.
