In the world today, with the rapid development of science and technology, social modernization continuously improve. In the background of the information society and globalization, people’s values and moral behavior changed a lot. The principles of benefits in the current market economy of our country mobilize people’s enthusiasm of creation, promoted the development of the society, but also caused some negative effects, such as emergence of moral crisis, decline of people’s moral level and so on. Therefore, how to understand the connotation of the moral education and strengthen the construction of the moral education is the problem we need to solve urgently.In the aspects of economy, culture and education, China contact with other countries more and more frequently. As the superstructure, moral education is an important component of the advanced culture in our country. How to dialectical assimilate based on study the advanced concept of moral education of other countries, so as to promote the further development of moral theory and practice, has important theoretical and realistic significance nowadays.As the big countries in the world, although have the differences in system of political and background of cultural, but "moral theory are similar with each other."The United States has been found the system of moral education which adapt the goals of education through exploration.We can find the law of moral education better through comparison of two countries, then assimilating the achievement of moral education in the United States, which promoting the construction of moral in China, giving the enlightenment to the crisis of social.This paper researches moral education of China and discusses the cultural background theoretical foundation, training goal, content and approach of moral education, comparing all the aspects of moral education between China and America, adopting the successful experience of theory and practice of moral education in America, in this way,we can know the way of moral education in China. The article divides into five parts:The first part is the introduction of the article, which briefly discussing the reason and meaning of the subject, analyzing the theoretical basis,objects and values of moral education in current China. At last, introduce the research method and innovations.The second part discusses the connotation of the moral education at first, then explaining the background of moral education in China is Confucianism, free socialist morality, Marxism and globalization. At last see the background of culture through moral education of America and analyzes the difference of cultural philosophy of two countries. The third part states contemporary Chinese moral education is based on the theory of moral education in ancient China and Marxist theory of moral education, then further understanding the moral education theory and finding the difference of theory of moral education between two countries.The fourth part introduces the status of contemporary Chinese moral education from training goal, content and way of moral education, comparing the similarities and difference of these three aspects, analyzing the reason of it, then profound understanding the status of contemporary Chinese moral education.The fifth part explores the direction of contemporary Chinese moral education is:insisting on Marx’s guidance to moral education; strengthening the research and innovation of moral education; exploring the training goal of moral education which is consistent with national conditions of China; building the system of moral education and exploring the effective ways of moral education.
