| “Children moving into the city for migrant workers” refers to the children who leave the household registration and move to the place where they are studied and live with the parents.At the same time,the right to education equality requires that they have the same right to receive education as children of urban residents.The number of migrant workers in Wenzhou City is huge.Studying the protection of the equal rights of the children in transition is of great significance for realizing education equity and promoting Wenzhou's economic development and harmony.Therefore,this paper investigates the educational equality of migrant children in Wenzhou City with the educational opportunities,educational conditions and educational results of the equal rights of education.It is found that the actual situation is not optimistic,and there are mainly migrant workers moving in the city.The difficulty of children attending public schools,the shortage of educational resources for private migrant children's schools,and the discrimination in education evaluation and evaluation in some public schools;the main reasons for the analysis of the problems are the unreasonable normative documents related to enrollment and the normativeness related to private education.The imperfect documents,the remedies for guaranteeing the equal rights of educational results are not perfect,and the legal awareness and rights awareness of migrant workers are weak.Finally,according to the reasons,in accordance with the actual situation in Wenzhou,the normative documents related to the improvement of admission and improvement are proposed.The normative documents related to private education,the improvement of the remedies for guaranteeing the equality of educational results,and the proposal to establish and improve the propaganda system for relevant educational normative documents provide a way for Wenzhou to guarantee the equal rights of education for migrant children. |
