| With the improvement of people’s understanding of education,home school cooperation has become an increasingly important issue due to the rapid development of the society and education in particular.Home-school cooperation is a very hot topic in China.In theory,the increasingly open modern public education makes the study of home-school cooperation from a school-based perspective an important issue in public management;in practice,on the one hand,high school students are in a critical period for growth and talent,and the people’s demand for children to enjoy high-quality public basic education services has prompted the school to actively explore how to regulate home-school cooperation in education management.On the other hand,the experience of school-led home-school cooperation can guide parents to cooperate properly in home-school co-education and ensure the coordination of both educational management.In addition,as the community functions become more mature in the home-school cooperation,the community also needs to participate in and support the home-school cooperation to jointly help students’ development,.which will prompt the local government to introduce and improve policies and regulations for the joint efforts of families,schools and societies to educate people,and to supervise and guide them.With the popularity of home-school cooperation research in academic circles at home and abroad,the number of articles concerning it has been increasing,and a lot of contributions have been made theoretically and practically.However,there are few qualitative interviews on the cooperation between boarding home and school in the urban-rural fringe.Therefore,this paper is conducted in the form of in-depth interviews between teachers,parents and administrators of DS Senior Middle School in Jieyang City,Apart from the parts of introduction,postscript and thanks,this paper discusses it through five chapters:firstly,through the definition of boarding school,family education,school education and home school cooperation and other core new concepts,as well as theory of multi-governance,contingency management theory and overlapping influence theory,laid the theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of home-school cooperation of DS Senior Middle School in Jieyang City by means of in-depth interviews,and analyzes the existing problems according to the current situation.Thirdly,the author uses the theories mentioned above to explore the causes of the problems from five aspects: the state,the school,the teachers,the parents and the community.Fourthly,it is about the four countermeasures to establish a good and harmonious cooperative relationship between home and school.Finally,the paper summarizes and prospects the full text. |
