Party Politics, The Constitutional Mechanism

The party politics is a topic which cannot be avoided in the process of constitutional government construction. It is the principle of current party politics which the country, the society and the political party are related and connected mutually. Therefore to discuss how to establish the party politics on realizing the democratic society justice basis we cannot leave national and society's dual structure. This article bases on the view between national and society, sets off from the party politics elementary theory, has discussed the pattern of party politics, divided it for the pattern of political party relies on the government, the pattern of government relies on the political party and the interactive pattern between government and the political party. I take some countries as example, separately carries on the concrete analysis from the political party in the political country and the residential society. Then, unified our country's present situation, this article suggests our ideal pattern was the interactive pattern between government and the political party, in order to realize benign interaction between the political country and the residential society. Finally, this article attempts to discuss how to realize the interactive pattern between government and the political party in our country.
