Administrative Affairs Of The Value Of The Rule Of Law And Its Implementation

At the beginning of this thesis, the author expounds the basic theory of the institution of opening government's information and the legal values of this institution. But, this is not the supreme aim. The author's supreme aim is to find out the way of realizing these legal values. That is to establish the concrete institution of opening government's information in the reality. It can provide material basis for these values. Because the institution of the West is very developed and perfect, so drawing lessons from them is good for us. So we should both sum up the situation of our country and study the advanced experience of the West. As such, we can not make mistake and find out the way which is suit for us. This is the author's train of thought, and to bring up some countermeasures of the establishing of this institution. The author hopes her countermeasures can be use for the establishing of this institution of China.
