Sweden is the first country in the world that recognizes thesame-sex marriage is legal and so far, there are more than 30 countriesadmit it and give rights to them. The same-sex marriage is becoming apopular law topic in the world in recent years. In the sight of thedevelopment of law, the improvement of human rights and thedevelopment of society bring this new subject, the same-sex marriage.The conflict of it trends to be internationalized and global. This thesisindicates the path of development of the same-sex marriage, in order tofind the regularity of the development, to analyse its start, passage andindicate the future, accordingly explain the same-sex marriage, which isunknown and uncomprehending to the people.As the trend of legal homosexual marriage is worldwide nowadays,legality, feasibility and necessity of legislation of it become a hot topic. Focus of this topic is mainly on family, society, religion and government.The problem people are talking about has changed from "should it belegal" to "how to make it legal."
