Yiyang City Community Social Security And Government To Promote Countermeasures

This thesis adopts the methods of investigating, analyzing and reference, firstly summarizes the definition, characteristics, consisting system, basic function of community's social security, then analyses the responsibilities of government in community's social security. Then shows the main problems existing in the urban community's social security work of Yiyang at present and objectively analyzes its reasons from the angle of government liability. On this basis, the author combines the relevant theories of transforming the government functions as well as administrative system reform, and use the international successful experience about community's social security for reference, proposes the basic principles and purposes when the government advance community's social security of Yiyang, and further to the problems that exist in community's social security of Yiyang , it has proposed the following countermeasures in terms of government work: improving the understanding of community's social security, speeding the reform of community management system, enlarging the degree of community construction, speeding construction of standardizing community's social security , perfecting the system of community service and greatly developing non-government organizations.
