The fourth part analyzes the innovation of empirical modelof social conflicts in the developed Western country’s and Wuhan Baibuting’scommunities, trying to comb the successful model in community management of socialconflicts domestic and overseas to draw inspiration we can learn and put forwardsuggestions for resolving urban community’s social contradictions of our country.
