New Village-level Ties Between The Party In A Harmonious Society Study

To construct harmony society is one of great tasks proposed by CPC party from the overall situation of constructing well-off society and creating China characteristic socialism. It caters to the objective demands of reforms and development at the new periods and reveals the general public base interests and common wishes. From the points of social level, the harmony society of socialism contains harmonies of different aspects and reveals that the harmony between CPC members and general public at village level is the basic relations in new socialism village construction. The prerequisite and key points of constructing socialism harmony society are to bring up harmony relations between CPC members and general public at village level. During the new periods, these relations become tense at some village regions which bring unstable factors to the reforms and development of villages. We should pay attention to these phenomena.From the points of scientific study of CPC history, the article adopts the methods of sociology and applies related theory of politics. From the case study of Cizhou town Handan city Hebei province, the article gives an experimental study on the relations between CPC members and general public at village level by taking socialism harmony as the points of study. The article is made up of by preface, main body and conclusion, in which the main body contains three parts.The first part: the basic situation of the town in the case. This part mainly introduces some basic situation at villagers, the CPC basic organization at villager level and some existing serious problems between them.The second part: it probes the causes of these problems existing between CPC members and general public in CiZhou town, such as: the slow development of economy, the difficulty of increasing villager's incomes, the low efficiency of CPC organization at village level, the incompleteness of institutions constructing at village level, the character of villages and their situations.The last part: there are some suggestions in this part on bringing up harmony relations at village level. The article try to study from three levels: the national level, the CPC members at village level and the general public: to continue promoting national direction and increasing investment; to accelerate economic and social development of villages; to give full play of leading roles of CPC members at village level; to complete village institutions from different aspects; to form a clean hand, high efficiency working system ; to bring in play to the CPC organization at villages level and to promote self-quality of villages for the new modernized villages.
