Resolve The Contradictions In The Sunan Rural Urbanization Process Jurisprudence Thinking

With a comprehensive, long-term and advanced view, the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee proposed a great strategy policy decision that is to promote the "Construction of New Socialist Countryside", This proposal not only benefits millions of peasants but also concerns sustainable political stability of the country, so it is an important mission at the key period of our socialist modernization construction. At present, the new rural construction depends on the stable development of economic society in rural area, which finally depends on resolving rural social contradictions. Taking the village of Southern Jiangsu Province as a sample, this paper studies the rural social contradictions to find out the system, modes and ways of resolving rural social contradictions, which could serve as the reference of effective governance in rural area.After reviewing the basic theory about contradiction and rural social contradictions, chapter one analyses the main forms and causes of rural social contradictions in the process of urbanization, then it describes the characteristics of rural contradictions, especially in southern Jiangsu.In Chapter Two, through combing the system, mode and principle of multiple contradictions defusing, it analyses the status and defect in the process of our defusing contradiction through multiple methods.Chapter three discusses how to resolve rural contradictions in the process of urbanization. The text sets up some suggestions on resolving contradictions from four perspectives including lawsuit, building comprehensive system of rural intermediation, arbitration system adapting to rural areas and administrative reconsideration.Chapter Four studies the countermeasure of dissolving the rural contradictions from the external and auxiliary perspectives. It also discusses how to promote the defusing of rural social contradictions through the harmonious development of economy and society, improvement of peasant's political participation level, cultivation of peasants' legal faith and consciousness, perfecting rural legal relief and so on, so as to provide a fine social environment for new socialist rural construction.The urbanization of rural area develops rapidly with economic development. However, different kinds of social contradictions appear during the process, so the subject on searching ways of solving social contradictions in rural areas will be come an important one.
