What kind of social contradictions appears in local society has a close relation with the measures, which the state power takes to control the local society:In the traditional society, the imperial power stops in town, but there was still a group, connecting the state power and local people; During feudal society ended and new regime had not fully established, seeing from the researches which social scholar abroad studied the Chinese grass-roots society, it was local community that took the local governance role; After the founding of the people's republic of China, the communist party of China still experienced several transgressions in local social governance, then gradually changed the metaphase people's commune system into the separation of contracted responsibility system, finally led us entered into the after-taxation reform period.
