Based On The Systems Approach Of Government Information Disclosure Mechanism

In recent years there is a growing concern over the government information publicity. According to those former studies, academics have come to an agreement about the necessity and impendency of government information publicity, but few of there research refer to the road to the realization of it. The article means to probe how to set up a public mechanism of government information by systemic method. The article will analyze the definition of the public mechanism of government information by systemic theory; argue the feasibility and function of systemic method applied in the public mechanism of government information research; pass to analyze the impediment cases of the public process of government information, utilize systemic method to set up a perfect public mechanism of government information for our country ,specially put forward an idea that set up a supervisory mechanism which main body is"the third section".
