The History Of The Communist Party Of China Studies, Three Cadres Crisis And Its Lessons Learned

The"cadres crisis"is the highly summary of the cadres'problems of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in history. It happened in special historical periods, especially in transforming periods. Since the"quality"and"quantity"of the cadres could not satisfy the Party's central task, the"cadres crisis"initiated. On August 27, 1931,"the Resolution on Cadres Written by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China"pointed out:"In the process of great change, the lack of the cadres could not complement the increasing needs of the cadres, forming the cadres panic phenomenon. And it became a difficult problem of the Party's political and organizational task."This was the first time that the CPC put forward the meaning of the"cadres crisis". At present, however, few studies on this topic are presented and reported. Therefore, I sort out the materials on this problem, and analyze them, in order to acquire experiences, lessons and inspirations for the cadres'construction.This paper reviews three"cadres crisis"in the history since the founding of the CPC, analyzing the specific historical background, causes, solutions and effect of each"cadres crisis", and summing up the experiences, lessons and inspirations which would be useful for the construction of the high-quality cadres in the future.This paper is divided into four chapters. First three chapters are arranged as following to give the fundamental description on the"cadres crisis"respectively, which are the main content of the article. The three"cadres crisis"occurred in different historical periods: the first"cadres crisis"occurred in the early 1930s; the second occurred in the early year of the founding of the People's Republic of China; the third"cadres crisis"occurred in the year after the Cultural Revolution. Chapter four of this paper is the summary of the three"cadres crisis", by comparing the three"cadres crisis", and we can acquire the experiences, lessons and inspirations for today's construction of the cadres.
