On The Construction Of Humanistic Spirit In The New Military Reform

The worldwide military revolution has gone through four stages of metallization,powderization,mechanization and informationization. It is started up by the transformation of ideas which renovation comes from the development of culture and the effect of cultural core—human spirit. The military revolution of the east and west began to polar in modern age in the history because of the influence of different cultural core. It was the personality flood and rational lack in Chinese traditional human spirit that Chinese leading station in the worldwide military revolution was replaced of the west. In contrast, while the west troops were led by human spirit full of paramount rationality and the appearance of the humanity after a long still middle ages, they were liberated the thinking, fostered the scientific gene and insured the west commanding position in the world military revolution since the modern age.I regard the human spirit as an important culture element of promoting the military revolution in the field of science and culture in the thesis, reveal the humanity and ration of the human spirit and the function in the military revolution according to the inner relation of the human spirit and the military revolution. At the same time, I research the difference and effect of humanity displacement and rational lack in Chinese traditional human spirit and the influence of these differences upon the Chinese modern military revolution. I explain the important function in revolution in military affairs(RMA) and point out that the constructions of the human spirit not only avoid the route dependence of the traditional human spirit and absorb the gene of the west, but also create the good social culture background.
