Integrated Portal-based E-government Information Resources

The construction of e-government is changing from decentralization of information network system to information resource integrity and utilization. To e-government, the sign of the integrity era is the united of the gateway website, the integrity of information platform ,the integrity of the information among different departments and public information application service are all effective. Information resource integrity is the mainly problem of the information management science. This paper comprehensively summarized the series of special phenomena that appeared in construction and management of e-government information resource, these special phenomena are different from all that appeared in other countries and areas, such as each does things in its own way in programming of empoldering E-government information resource, the distributing in e-government information resource configuration, lacks uniform plan or valid control in construction and management of e-government information resource, etc. Meanwhile deeply analyse the connection of e-government information resource integrity and the governmental gateway website, and then actualize the uniform plan and valid control, base on feasibility and validity, bring forward a conceivable solution, to set up a technical system of public service and uniform network platform.
