Capital Prison Police Continue To Educational Problems And Countermeasures

Along with the changing of situation of the society in recent years,more requirements of personal qualities and working capabilities are raised in front of the prison police in the capital. Being the basic work of strengthening the prison police staff,the continuing education to the staff have been greater developed and taken a more important role in raising their personal qualities these years.However,there are also some problems which need to be solved in the development process and there are still little studies on this at present.In this paper,more analysis will be first given on the condition of the prison police staff in the capital and the main forms of continuing education to them.Then we'll summarize the effective methods of continuing education to the prison police in Beijing these years.On the basis of the analysis,we could find the some main problems which exist in the continuing education to the prison police.The main problems are:teaching target is inaccurate;the education idea is not correct;lack the supervision,assessment and evaluation system to the continuing education;the vocational training content is less reasonable and the ways are boring;the construction of team of teachers and the teaching materials are not successful.At the same time,we'll give the solution to these problems:to relocate the teaching target;to guide the continuing education with the scientific outlook on development;to establish supervision,examination and assessment system of the continuing education;to establish the competency model system to each post of the prison police staff;to use various training means while teaching;to strengthen the construction of the team of teachers and the teaching materials.
