Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Education And Training Of The Young Police In J Prison

It has become an inevitable trend that making unremitting efforts to improve the quality and ability of young aged police. But now, the prison police team is going through a qualitative changes of police numerical strength replacement. That kind of erstwhile mixed type police team, which headed by "Demobilized Army Cadres+Farmers to State Cadres+Police Academy Graduates",is gradually turning to the open recruitment college graduates based highly educated police team. The"prison blood type" tends toward the "all corners of the country” type. The problems of weak political quality, weak discipline consciousness and weak basic police skills are increasingly prominent in the youth police. But the extensive prison training model, which attaches importance to theory, despises practice, emphasizes commonness and belittles individuality has been difficult to adapt to the needs of the police training.This thesis aims to improve the training work of youth police in J prison. It attempts to further improve the training system of young police in J prison and enhance the training effectiveness through "Learning Organization Theory", "Training Evaluation Theory" and other public management theory. Using analogy conversion,survey analysis and other research methods in a large number of data collection and literature search,the author makes a detailed investigation on the relevant theoretical results of the young police training in prisons. Through the questionnaire, access to information and other ways to sort out analysis on the current situation of youth police training in J prison, it summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the current youth police training in J prison. This thesis analyzes the internal causes of the problems from three aspects: the concept, management and resource. From strengthening training management, building three-dimensional training network,strengthening the training subject itself and improving the training evaluation system,it constructively puts forward concrete measures on how to further improve the training work.
