Adaptation Mechanism For Social Transformation Of The Community Management Of Party Membership

Party building activity in community is an important part of Party's grass-root construction as well as the foundation of Party's whole work and battle effectiveness. With the gradual establishment of the Socialist Market Economy System, community has been the reflection of social conditions and public opinions, insurance of social stability and the stand of Party's construction, which is the most important among all. Especially in recent years, with the deepening of reform and open-to-the-outside policy, and dramatic development of the Socialist Market Economy System, great changes have taken place in the fields of social economy, politics, culture, etc. In one aspect, these changes reflect the economic and political development in a high level; in the other one, they present a diversified society which is regarded as transition period in China. From the aspect of the basic of Party building activity in community, the transition period means inner differentiation and diversity of profit, value and mental requirement occurs to the whole group of Party members in community because of social, political and economic changes, which makes the group of Party members in community more and more complex. Thus, how to apprehend the inner structure of Party members in community, how to understand the delicate psychology of Party members in community and how to improve and innovate the mode and mechanism of the current management of Party members in community to keep the permanent advancement of Chinese Communist becomes an important task of Party building activity.As a case study, this essay takes Ganquan Community in Shanghai as an object. By systematic explanation to the change and current status of the group of Party members in Ganquan community, including analysis to the profession, age, knowledge and psychology of the group, after the establishment of the Socialist Market Economy System, we present adaptive suggestions for current education and management of Party members in community. This essay is made up of five parts. In the exordium, rough introduction is given to background, significance, status and methods of this topic. Meanwhile, explanation is given to the case and relevant concepts as well.In the first chapter, the status of education and management of Party members in community is summarized, mainly includes the conception of education and management of Party members in community, the brief summary of system construction, organization supporting, basic pattern, characteristics and current mechanism, which provides foundation for the problems mentioned in later chapters.In the second chapter, systemic analysis and structural adjust is given to group of Party members in the sample community—Ganquan community. In this chapter, we summarize the structure and characteristic of Party members' age, knowledge and psychology to find out the existing problems of education and management of Party members in Ganquan community.In the third chapter, we explore the adaptive mechanism of education and management of Party members in the transition period to find effective solutions to organization, concepts, system and difficulties of education and management of Party members as a result.In the end, a brief summary and some assumptions are presented.
