Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Education And Training Of Grassroots Party Members In Panjin City

In 2014,the CPC Central Committee issued "Notice regarding issues to strengthen the construction of service-oriented grassroots party organizations",which clearly indicated: "strengthening the team construction of the grass-roots party secretary,party workers and members,educating and guiding them to enhance service awareness,improve their work style,to do good things,practical things,and solve problems for the public." Therefore,strengthening the education and management of party member can play an important role in enhancing the service quality and service ability of party member,allowing party members to become the leading role models,,and promoting them to become the main force for the construction of service-oriented grassroots party organizations.This paper takes the quality of education and training of grassroots party members in Panjin City as the starting point,covering the development process of grassroots party members' education and training,realizing the path and management mechanism,and so on.Through the research methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,The status quo to conduct in-depth investigation and comprehensive analysis.The study shows that the education and training of the grassroots party members in Panjin City is not paid enough attention to the management of the grassroots party organizations,the party members' party consciousness is weakened,the integration of educational resources is not enough,the lack of evaluation mechanism and so on.There is not the implementation of education and training,the learning attitude is negative and the educational content is lacking Effectiveness,education and management of a single problem.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from strengthening the organization and leadership,mobilizing the enthusiasm of the party members,enriching the training contents and methods,strengthening the resource integration and innovating the evaluation mechanism,and so on for the problems and causes of the education and training of grassroots party members in Panjin city,designs the evaluation methods of the party members' education and training points system,and enhances the operation of the supervision and examination of the education and training of grassroots party members.
