Taiwan, China Procuratorial System Dynasty

The province of Taiwan was separated from the mainland China during the civil war in 1949. Since the 1980 's we started to re-contact the Taiwanese in many fields such as economics, cultural and so on. We have the same tradition with the people in the Taiwan. At present, the legal system used in Taiwan are inherited the code in our past nation founded since 1928 to 1949, it became to be more characteristic after it taking in more advanced methodologies from the western country . Therefore, the procurator system is a part of the justice system and it deserved to be investigated for us.This paper tried to analyzes the procurator, the procuratorate organization and the authority of the procurators in the Taiwan area. It also described some advantages and disadvantages in the procurator system of Taiwan. I believe it will be of significance to taken up the disquisition in the present situation of "one country and two social systems" .
