Study Of Prison Management Culture Of Innovation In China

Jail culture is the carrier and accumulation of jail civilization, which plays an important orientation, agglomeration, stimulating and criterion role in executing criminal law and reforming criminals, and is also important to overall jail management.Currently in China, jail culture development falls somewhat behind supervision and reforming works. The harmony and humanity spirit required by modern civilized jail promotes the development of jail culture. However, there are still some problems in developing jail culture, making jail culture lose its own characteristics formed from longtime accumulation. For this purpose, based on the practices of culture development in Lu-Zhong jail, Shandong province, this paper deals with how to further promote the development of jail culture, proposing that policeman culture, jail tenet culture and safety culture comprise the advanced culture system of modern civilized jail. Modern civilized jail culture can be developed from these three aspects so as to improve policeman and criminals' culture and keep the security of jail, further promoting the harmonious development of jail administration in our country.
