Strategic Leadership, Crisis Management, Human Resource Management And Performance Of Emergency Disposal Correlation Study

Emergencies threatening public security, social stability and the safety of both people's lives and property can often occur in modern cities. When an emergency happens, the faster you respond to it and take prompt action, the greater the level of control, which can help to lessen the harm and loss caused as a result of the emergency.With the aid of literature, this thesis is intended to discuss the theories related to strategic leadership, crisis management, human resource management and the efficiency of emergency response treatment. A questionnaire targeting the relevant departments of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau is utilized to find evidence of the conjunction between these factors. Through applicable statistical analysis, the thesis draws some conclusions and makes some suggestions. Advice is offered for the reference of public security officials, examining the topic from a new angle and aiming to improve the efficiency of emergency response.The questionnaire data has been analyzed by various methods, such as Reliability Analysis, Validity Analysis, Factor Analysis, Descriptive Statistics, T-test, One-way Analysis of Aariance, Pearson Correlation Analysis, Multi Regression Analysis, and the following results have been reached in the thesis:1.Policemen with different personal characteristics, such as gender, work experience and position, have distinctively different perceptions of strategic leadership, crisis management, human resource management and the efficiency of emergency response treatment.2. A prominent connection exists between strategic leadership, crisis management, human resource management and the efficiency of emergency response treatment.3.Strategic leadership, crisis management and human resource management have a remarkable influence on the efficiency of emergency response treatment.Based on the study results, some advice is presented in the thesis on improving the capability of emergency response systems. This includes building common willingness, setting up a hierarchical system of responsibility, building Five Giant Systems of crisis management, strengthening professional training, speeding the building of a directorial talent team and intensifying responses to public feeling.
