Party In Interest Adjustments In The New Era With Farmers

China's reform and opening up has been carried on for 30 years. In this period, especially in the development of socialist market economy, Chinese social construction tends to complicated, interest subject becomes diversified and interest structure is in a dramatic adjustment.The Communist Party of China is always on behalf of the Chinese People's fundamental interests of the masses. Chinese peasants as the largest social group in China, their interests whether be able to accomplish, safeguard and develop well relations to the stability of the Party's governing basis, to the depth of implementing the scientific concept of development, to the foundation of a new situation in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.The Party Central Committee had been introduced a series of policy to help peasants on agriculture, rural areas and peasants, which promote the feelings and relationship between the CPC and the peasants. However, we must notice that the peasant groups are still facing many difficulties on the willing and realization of interests for history and realistic reasons. There are many factors which influence on the relationship between the CPC and peasants need to improve.People have different interests in different social studies. From this view, peasant's interests usually includes: economic interests, political interests and cultural interests. They interrelate and interdependent each other. This paper is plan to analyze the factors which affect the relationship between the CPC and peasants when the adjustment process in the new period from the perspective of economic interests, political interests and cultural interests.The ability to achieve, maintain and develop the peasant's interest is the key point to realize and process the relationship between the CPC and peasants when the interest structure is adjusting in the new period. In the economic interests, the CPC must facilitate a balanced development between rural and urban area, actively promote the rural urbanization strategy, and provide more develop chance from the macro level; increase the peasant's income and the agricultural development, let peasants get more benefits, and perfect the rural social security system, improve the quality of peasant's life. In the political interests, the CPC must broaden the channels for peasants to express, let them to make their voice in time; enhance their level and involvement of political participation, give full play to the superiority of the system of villagers self-government, quickly advance the construction of the rural grass-roots democracy, continue to enhance its appeal and influence in rural areas. In the cultural interests, the CPC must dig the cultural education resources in rural areas, educate the new peasant, and comprehensively improve the overall quality of peasant; build and perfect rural cultural service system.In the process of the interest structure adjustment, the ability to achieve, maintain and develop the peasant interests is an important strategy approaches for the CPC to further close the relationship with peasants. It is also a basis to consolidate the power and the necessary requirement to practice the important thought of the"Three Represents"and the scientific outlook on development.
