Build A Harmonious Society In The Interests Of Migrant Workers Are Protected

At the background of constructing harmonious society, the problem of the protecting of migrant workers'rights is far more important. The problem has been one of the most serious social problems which need to be solved urgently. The problem of migrant workers'rights with Chinese characteristics, is based on the urban-rural dualism, and the discriminatory policies and procedures. Constitution of the People's Republic of China has the regulation of the basic rights and obligations. And the nation provides practical and effective protection. However, actually, owing to systematic obstacles, migrant workers'right gets insufficient protection.Numerous migrant workers have made great contributions to our economic and social development. They have become important constituent part of industrial workers. Communist Party of China and the government of China attach great importance on the problem of migrant workers'right, especially in the course of harmonious society constructing. The social guarantee for migrant workers correlates positively with the social harmony. Whether migrant workers'right can be protected practically and effectively is in connection with the development of our nation and the harmonious society constructing.Based on the research results of theory and actual practice, the dissertation focus on three points of view, namely, theory, regulations and practice. In the first section, the author analyses on the significance and problems in the course of harmonious society constructing and gives analytic demonstration of the harmonious society constructing of the time. In the second section, the author demonstrates the difficult situation. The section is the start of the study, also the foundation of the problem of migrant workers'right. In the third section, the author analyses the historical causes and realistic obstacles of the immigrant workers'rights problem. In the fourth section, the author raise some specific protective methods under the background of the constructing of harmonious society, and a little theoretical reflection about the legal protection of migrant workers'rights.
