The Rule Of Law In The Public Domain Communication Mechanism Cultural Construction

The culture of Rule by law is the deep enlightened drive of putting forward the course of Rule by law, and is a very important link of the construction of social order of Rule by law. The transmitting mechanism of the Public Sphere plays an important role in the construction of the culture of Rule by law, from the formative conditions to civil consciousness, legal concept, legal faith and behavior mode. Our transmitting mechanism of the Public Sphere has already got some developments, but still has some problems now. It is important for the construction of Rule by law of optimizing the transmitting mechanism of the Public Sphere from building the circumstance fit for the development of the transmitting mechanism of the Public Sphere and strengthening its democracy function, and playing adequately its constructing function to the culture of Rule by law.
