After introducing the theory of the public into China,it provides theoretical framework and paradigm for many analysis. At the same time, the public sphere theory is also being advertised in the study of public sphere theory research, and there are many "Habermas Dependence" phenomenons. In the age of information,it supports to build a good communication platform, which provides a possibility for each individual who wants to give advice, but the current network platform only supplies a picture of illusion in the field of the public, which is not enough to meet the requirements of the public sphere described by Habermas. This paper is originated from a network debate focusing on the death of Mr Yang Jiang in May of 2016.Some intellectuals in China expressed different views and attitudes by updating their personal Weibo and blog.Different from the previous debate, this one presents a rational feature, which is extremely rare. This paper focuses on the debate about the death of Mr Yang Jiang on the Internet, and begins with the question of "whether Habermas public sphere does exist in China or not and " whether such rational debate does prove the possibility that Habermas' ideal public sphere can be constructed,We choose to use the content analysis methods to keep a watchful eye on the the significance of the public sphere's construction supplied by our intellectuals.Besides,we mainly regard the comments of Xu Ben,Zhang Ming,Tao Dongfeng and other public intellectuals published in the network as the analysis of the text.At the same time,as for the possibilities, difficulties and development of current public sphere's construction,we try to make useful and efficient suggestions.
