Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, Korean Village In New Rural Construction

At the end of the year 2005, Party's fifth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee proposed officially the goal of building the new rural area of socialism, and took it as the very important task in the modernization. In the next three years, lots of concrete work had been done. Looking from the overall development of Northeast Korean National Minority's new rural reconstruction, there exist lots of things worth pondering. The Northeast Korean National Minority's new rural construction has been the front of the whole. The problems are at a high level compared to others. How to develop the modernized agriculture is the very important task for the Korean National Minority in the future. This paper, from the way of Marxism nationality theory and the policy, choosing the Mudanjiang Korean National Minority Village aims to study the present situation, effects of the policies which was taken and the count measures coping with the problems.The present paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the description of the present Korean National Minority in Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang Province, including the geographic position and the present situation. The second chapter describes the process of the new rural reconstruction of Korean National Minority in Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang Province. From the significant change of the economy, living standard and social culture, as well as the construction of the Party Affaires, we can conclude the experience. The third aims at the problems. In this chapter, the problems happen in the new rural reconstruction process are advanced from the aspects of fund policy, rural development and national development, and then the reasons are discussed. The phenomenon of "the countryside cavity" has been analyzed in much word. The fourth chapter is mainly about the countermeasures and suggestions after author's serious thinking, such as the construction according to the national characteristics, the multi-way promotion of agriculture, the measures of solving the Korean National Minority's own development problem earnestly and so on.
