College Student Village Official Policy Implementation Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

Choosing the excellent graduates to be the village officials is a great policy with long-term strategic significance, which is implemented by the central committee of the CPC according to the reality in the new situation. This is the nurturing project for expediting the now rural construction,improving the structure of the rural leadership reserving the cadres for all levels in the party and government, guaranteeing the development the cause of the party continually, nurturing the cadres with much experience which is got in the rural area. And it is also good for guiding and encouraging the graduates to work in the rural area,which is a livelihood project for red using the stress of obtaining employment.therefore, it not only has the realistic significance,as well.The main problem that the graduates village officials face is posed and the reason is found out in this through studying the data of the station of the graduates rill age official in Inner Mongolia Region. And it poses the suggestion and solution for the development of project in Inner Mongolia.There are five parts in this thesis, the introduction,chapter one, chapter two, chapter three and chapter four. The background and the significance of selected topic are described in the part of the introduction. There are also the current statuses of the domestic and foreign research, ideas, methods and innovation of the research in the first part.In the chapter one, there are the consents and the policies stated about the graduates village officials. And the actual situations of graduate's village officials in Xilingol league, Hukun Buir city and Alxa league are studied on the basis of stating the policy, and the positive effects of graduators village officials work is described and stated in chapter two. The problem that the graduates village officials face are talked about in the chapter three. In the last chapter, some suggestion is posed for graduates village officials in individual factor of pasture and the concept of employment factor of pasture and the compact of employment.
