The Collision Event Analysis

After the Cold War, the international situation and the power of the world have changed, international crisis occurs frequently. Sino-US relation is the most important relations of China. When it comes to international crisis management, there are quite a lot of problems about China-America conflict.Before China-US military plane collision happened in 2001, Mr. Bush had just become American president. His policy to China was not clearly enough. China needs American support in applying to hold Olympic Games and entering the WTO. Sino-US relations got nervous after the crisis happened, and there was some chasm between the two countries about how to define the crisis and who should take the responsibility. The analysis of the management offers the experience of studying international crisis management. It helps to improve our ability to handle the similar problem.In this thesis, the author makes an analysis of the China-US military plane collision, including the reasons, the course, and compares Chinese method to American; the last part of the thesis is conclusion and outlook. The author concludes the Chinese experience of handling the crisis, and also raises the methods and measures of improving Chinese capability of crisis. At last, the author gives an outlook on the future of the international crisis management.
