Talking Before The Founding Of The Foreign Affairs Agencies Of Development

The "Southern Bureau","Yan An Foreign Affairs Office","The Executive Group of Beiping Military Correspondence Department",and "The Foreign Affairs Group of Central Committee of CCP",which were established before the year of 1949 as the foreign institutions.All of them are the foundation of the new China's diplomacy system referring to the institution progress and the diplomat training.The "Southern Bureau" was founded as the beginning of the diplomacy system in the early era of Anti-Japan War.The foreign propaganda department,which was a sector of the "Southern Bureau",developed lots of the liaison activities.Subsequently,"Yan An Foreign Affairs Office" and "The Executive Group of Beiping Military Correspondence Department" were set up, in order to welcome US military visiting group and negotiate with the Kuomintang representatives respectively.During the period of the Liberation War,CCP began to integrate the foreign affairs institutions into "The Foreign Affairs Group of Central Committee of CCP",with the purpose of preserving and training the diplomats.This article will put the "Southern Bureau","Yan An Foreign Affairs Office", "The Executive Group of Beiping Military Correspondence Department",and "The Foreign Affairs Group of Central Committee of CCP" as the research objects.The author tries to descript the development from the "Southern Bureau" to "The Foreign Affairs Group of Central Committee of CCP",and the trend from fragment to integration.
