Constitutional Perspective Of Grass-roots Mass Self-system

The democratic construction at the basic level is the cornerstone of the constitutional construction. Our country's Grass-roots autonomy system is an important part of the democratic construction at the basic level. This thesis start with the theoretical basis of grass-roots autonomy system in accordance with the constitutional theory,briefly introduced the meaning of constitutionalism,the constituent elements of constitutionalism, characteristics of constitutionalism and the political economic and cultural conditions of constitutional construction. Next,in this thesis the relationship between the constitutional construction and the crass-roots autonomy system was analyzed ,this thesis makes detailed description about the Important Significance of the grass-roots autonomy system to the constitutional construction and the constitutional significance of the building of grass-roots mass and grass-roots autonomy system play a tremendous role in promoting the constitutional construction. The chapter III researched the current situation of our grass-roots autonomy system introduced the grass-roots autonomy system history, achievements and the current problems on the level of constitutional construction and proposed the corresponding solutions. I hope this thesis could play a certain rolei n the constitutional construction.
