Non-proliferation export control policies are in order to prevent weapons of mass destruction and their means of delivery for the spread of export control policy. These policies in China start relatively late in terms of laws, regulations, licensing system and the executing agency with regard to the formulation and implementation of the international aspects of guitar tracks. So there is a big gap between the developed countries and ours. However, the Chinese governments are qualified to formulate a practical regulation to the Chinese current national conditions and international non-proliferation situation. On the one hand, this policy indirectly reflects the Chinese characteristics and earnestly safeguard the interests of the country, On the other hand, such policy actively integrate with the international non-proliferation system, which prevent the weapons of mass destruction proliferation, maintain regional peace and stability. Of course, with the rapid development of non-proliferation being in depth, such a policy also shows its shortage. The Chinese government makes corresponding adjustments, in accordance with current changes in a timely manner, to show the character of the times.Of course, there are a lot of controversies in Chinese non-proliferation export control policies. For instance, which way will have the Chinese non-proliferation export policies changed? What are the dominant factors in the non-proliferation export control policies? What are the shortages of these policies in operating? What is the better way to combine the current policies to the present international situation? This article will examine each of these issues and find solutions to these problems.
