China's Non-proliferation Export Control Policy Research (1949-2009)

Non-proliferation export control policies are in order to prevent weapons of mass destruction and their means of delivery for the spread of export control policy. Of course, with the rapid development of non-proliferation being in depth, such a policy also shows its shortage. The Chinese government makes corresponding adjustments, in accordance with current changes in a timely manner, to show the character of the times.Of course, there are a lot of controversies in Chinese non-proliferation export control policies. For instance, which way will have the Chinese non-proliferation export policies changed? What are the dominant factors in the non-proliferation export control policies? What are the shortages of these policies in operating? What is the better way to combine the current policies to the present international situation?
