Hulunbeier Hailar District Citizens' Political Participation Research

As we all know, China is a unified multi-ethnic country. Major distribution of 55 ethnic minority areas, are very vast and most are border areas. The stability of the ethnic regions has a very important significance to preserve our national unity. As one part of political participation of our national citizens, the citizens' political participation in ethnic regions is a strong security to protect legitimate interests of citizens whose live in ethnic regions. It plays an important role to improve the national policies and promote the healthy development of national work, and also has a great significance to maintain the social stability of the ethnic regions. Therefore, the strengthening of national political of citizens in study, have a great significance to maintain ethnic minority areas' social stability and national unity.This article makes a case study at Hailer city, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Area Hulunbeier, which based on political participation for the proposition. The article contains the introduction and three chapters.The introduction summarizes the meaning of article topics choosing, relevant research about the theories and methods, and research process.The first chapter is about the theory outlines of political participation, which from to define the definition of political participation. It summarizes the meaning of political from the theories, describing the main types of political participation, methods, functions, and effects of factors. It also sums up the political participation characteristics and significance of citizens in ethnic regions.The second chapter is the achievements of citizen political participation development in Hailer city, which summarized on the basis of research in the field .The third chapter is about the problems,causes and countermeasures of the political participation in Hailer city, which analyse the cause and propose appropriate countermeasures on the basis of research data. Hope that we can to promote the Hailar District citizens to participate in the further development of political and social stability, and promote building a harmonious society to provide some useful reference.
