| Because of its low access platform，internet has become the new star of citizenspolitical participation. The sustainable development of network politics participationbrings tremendous changes to social life, promoted the modern democratic politicalconstruction process. However, the anonymous and dispersion of network is easy tocause anarchy, leading to disorder and confusion in citizens network politicsparticipation.First, the paper carries on correlative analysis on citizens orderly network politicsparticipation, define the concept of order. Then, reveals the disordered performances ofour country citizens in the process of network politics participation, analyzes itspossible adverse consequences and crisis.
