"harmonious World" Concept Is Theory

On September 15, 2005, in the summit of UN 60th anniversary, Chinese president Hu Jintao formally put forward the diplomacy concept of harmonious world for the first time in the global level to the international community. Subsequently, the concept of harmonious world gradually developed the basic connotation with the core of the five dimensions in political, economic, cultural, safety and environmental protection. However, due to the lack of trust and cultural differences, most western countries holds suspected prejudice to the concept of harmonious world. In order to make the western countries understand and accept the harmonious world concept, this paper tries to explain the concept of harmonious world clearly, and analyze and explain it from three aspects of its words, connotation and denotation respectively. In the analysis of the words, the exegesis of "�'�", "谐", "世", "界" was researched, and the semantics of "harmonious" and "world" was analyzed. In the analysis of the connotation, from the aspect of international relations theory and gradually into the philosophical level, the intrinsic produced mechanism of the harmonious world concept was analyzed, and then the philosophy definition of the harmonious world concept was also produced. Namely that harmonious world means a external world with relationship equilibrium can be governed in subjective to constructed syncretism universally.On the basis of the definition , several points of international political connotation were drawn,namely that the objective and subjective harmony of the outside world. In the analysis of the extension, it was pointed out that the extension of the harmonious world concept has relative openness and stability. And the corresponding text model, function model and radar model of the harmonious world were given.
