Since the People's Republic of China was established in 1949,China unswervingly pursues an independent foreign of peace.And from that on we base on the basic circumstance of the fierce class struggle in all over the world,thought we also emphasize the peaceful co-existence between socialism and capitalism,we still think it's hard to build a harmonious world in a long period.As comrade Deng-Xiao ping brought forward the important thought that the peace and development are the topics of the world nowadays,it opens up the new consideration of our diplomatic strategy ulteriorly,and we had great diplomatic achievement from that on.Comrade Jiang Ze min,as the core leader of the third leadership union of the CCP.They brought forward the thought of democratic international relation;the different ways of development for different countries;the concept of new security after they viewed the new changes of the international situation and the new character of the times topic.They actively gave impetus to establish the new international political and economic order.Since the Sixteenth Congress of the Chinese Communist Party was held,the Party Central Committee of CCP which Hu Jin tao as the core leader,As the perspective view of uniting the domestic circumstance and the international circumstance;the domestic politics and the foreign policy,they put the thought of harmonious society into the foreign affairs area in a creative way,and then brought forward the suggestion of building a harmonious world.When we try our best to build harmonious world,we must always stick to the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the peaceful development road in the world.The thought of harmonious world is the correct suggestion for the development of the world in the future which is brought forward by Chinese government after they analyze the situation in the world nowadays,it is the china's new world order in the new period.And it is also the newest development of the China's independent foreign policy of peace.This paper is divided into six chapters.
