The Strategic Thoughts On Developing The Theory Of "Harmonious World" Nowadays

Nowadays,the political situation in the world is still far from peace.Natural environment suffered serious damage and all kinds of complicated contradictions exist.In addition,there are still some unstable factors,which directly threaten the human's life,impact the peace and development.The Central Committee led by President Hu Jintao,based on the present conditions,and proposes to develop the harmonious world,a new proposition of contemporary international relations theory.It is also a major theoretical innovationin China's diplomacy.This important thought is the inheritance and development of the five principles of peaceful coexistence,reflects the natural characteristics and the objective requirements of modern society and international relationship.Basically speaking,it is the Man's long-range ideal and objective,and it will be a gradual,long,tortuous and difficult process.For achieving the goals of lasting peace and common prosperity in the harmonious world,this article,attempts to make systematic strategic thinking about the ways to develop the harmonious world in China.This article discusses from the following four aspects:The first part explains the connotation of a harmonious world.Review the historical background of the harmonious world's proposition,analyses the significance of developing'' the harmonious world.A harmonious world should be a democratic and equitable world,a harmonious and mutual-trustable world,a mutual-benefit and fair world,and it is also should be a tolerant and open world.The second part illustrates disharmonious main behavior in our times.Firstly,the two great strategic problems,peace and development,were not even solved.Secondly,the old international economy and the political orders that are not basically changed,are still taking effect.Thirdly,meanwhile the whole world stays peaceful,the local war and the armed conflict caused social turbulence,are still exist and bring disasters to the people.The third part analyses the main factors of causing the disharmony.For the one hand,the gap between the rich and poor is enlarging gradually,including all the countries of the world, especially the industrial and developing countries.For the second hand is the impact of the Hegemonism and the power politics.It violates the norms of international relations,sets itself up over other countries,but its essence is the rude spurn and infringe of dominion and dignity in other countries.Next,it should turn to the destruction from religious extreme,the separation of nationalities,and the terrorism,the three gangs of forces.They come forth religious extremism in the disguise of national independence,disturb violence and terror regularly,undertake all kinds of international crimes,overthrow native regime,establish the caesaropapism country,become the social cancer of worlds peace and stabilization.And then are the issues,left over by history,turned to be the regional focuses.The last but not the least is the global issues of the negative effects.Such as the severe increase of population,the shortage of the grain and the exhausted energy,etc.These factors caused from the production, science and technology,the development,and damaged the people's interest.The forth part,which is the focus and the innovation of the article,puts forward the ways to develop a harmonious world,includes:to narrow the gap between the rich and poor;to eliminate the disharmonious origin;to oppose the Hegemonism and power politics;to set up the new international order;to fight against the three forces;to solve problems left over by history;to carry out the strategy of sustainable development and then to solve the problems between Man and natural;to build the harmonious culture,includes pluralism and forgiveness.The target of building a harmonious world,which is in line with the international community and the fundamental interests of people from all over the world,represents the development trend of international relationships and the progress tendency of the times.It is bound to become an irresistible historical trend and will be eventually realized.
