As a communist party, the Communist Party of India (Marxist)(CPIM) can successfully govern one or several States in India a capitalism Country through election. It creates a miracle of international communist movement. This essay can be divided into there parts and mainly talk about the experiences of Communist Party of India (Marxist).In the first part, it is mainly about the history and the development of CPIM. We sum up its achievement through its developing process. In the second part, we mainly show its governing experiences in the following aspects. Firstly, CPIM has scientific attitude towards Marxism, and can develop Marxism according to the change of situation. What's more, CPIM can deal with different political parties and religion groups flexibly, which offers CPIM a peaceful governing environment. The last but not the least, CPIM stands for the benefit of farmers and services them with whole heart, which offers them a firm foundation for its governance. The last part is mainly about some basic principles for a successful Political Party which can be summarized from the experiences of CPIM.
