The theory of development of human walk up to mature gradually. The concept emphasizes the centre status of human in theory of development. The develoment of economy should be based on the improvement of human and promotion of human. Therefore, the scientific concept of development of People-oriented is formed. The article tries to gather the sources, process of forming, connotation, major content and importance significance of the scientific concept of development of People-oriented. The article deeply analyses the guidance status and suffering problems in socialist modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics in contemporary China. After the totally analysis, the article also puts forward some useful suggestions. The aim of the article is illuminating the application and reality thinking of the concept of People-oriented in contemporary social by some examples.
