Nowadays pension becomes a prominent issue as aging population has become a serious social problem world widely. The caring mode for the aged is also an outstanding problem with the number Of the aged is becoming more and more. The research of caring mode for the aged is necessary to solve the problem of population aging. By learning from foreign experiences, after researched the Nanmatou Community, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional methods, understanding the key issues and origins, this thesis aims to give recommendations to home care services. There are 5 parts as below:The 1st part:Introduction of the meaning and background of this topic, research review, research methods and theoretical basis;The 2nd part:Define the concepts related, compare advantages and difficulties of home care services, e.g. family care, institutional care, aged—care at home etc, analyze of features, support system, challenges, then draw the conclusion that the development of home care is in line with social conditions and choice.The 3rd part:Take the case of Nanmatou Community, analyze the key issues and causes of home care by knowing the contradiction of supply pension services and researching aged—care at home practices.The 4th part:Introduce home care model in the developed countries, including the United Kingdom model, the Swedish model, Japanese model, then conclude the experiences and inspirations.the 5th part:the proposals for improving the home care model which include adjust government's role to take leading responsibilities at concept level, encourage and attract diverse investment at the policy level, improve rule-based policies at the management level, combine different resources to improve the coordination and cooperation at system level, improve the system to maintain sustainable development at service levels.
