Study On Performance Evaluation System Of Local Government

Local government performance evaluation system from the start in the late twentieth century, is the administrative area of topics at the forefront. As China's local government administration reform process, deepening the role of government performance evaluation has been more emphasis on all levels of government, improve government performance, has become a government to pursue a fundamental goal and the basic direction of reform. Established in line with China's actual conditions of local government performance evaluation system, which change the traditional concept of governance and governance, improve government administrative capacity and the provision of public services, promote local governments more efficient, intensive, streamlining the reform goals. The first chapter is the basis of entire paper systematically summed up the government performance evaluation concepts, theoretical basis, research and practice, the status quo and so on, and on this basis, the authors put forward for the "Government Performance Assessment" and other related concepts understanding. Chapter II to Chapter VI of the local government performance evaluation system were the five major components, namely, the local government performance evaluation methodology, the main system, target system, security system, and results of the application system to conduct a more in-depth elaboration for the Construction of the principles of each subsystem, build status, problems and improvement of the contents of a systematic exposition. Each subsystem is essential for local government performance evaluation system an important component of each of five sub-systems through the construction and improvement of the final forming a set of line with China's national conditions of local government performance evaluation system. Local government performance evaluation system, for our further assessment of government performance in practice has important theoretical guidance.
