Performance evaluation of civil servants in China are extremely significant in modern personnel management system,as an important aspect,which provides objective evaluation for the appointment of civil servants,rewards and punishments,and It has been established as a way to encourage the civil servants in china improve their work,develop themselves and promote the management efficiency in the Government.China's Civil Servants performance appraisal has well developed more than 10 years,although some sound development has been achieved,there are still a lot of problems in it. Most Servants performance appraisal for Servants performance starts vigorously,but the Servants performance appraisal aborts mutely without improving for the individuals and organizations. The purpose of assessment has become an affectation for assessment and evaluation,so the organizations and the individuals do,and this has violated from our purpose and mind for the civil service performance appraisal. If the system exists,everyone will be bound to be indifferent to the assessment. This assessment is not conducive not only to personal growth,but also hinders our country's positive development in our government,and even producing some adverse effects for the people. In this paper,in the light of the results of the Civil Service performance appraisal,I will compare the Chinese civil servants performance evaluation results of the application with the foreign ones,draw the experience of performance appraisal of civil servants from abroad,and combine with our country's specific national conditions to present the advices for strengthening our country the results of performance appraisal of civil servants and countermeasures applications,I hope that my paper,can provide some strategies for the results of performance appraisal application in our country,so that our country's civil service performance appraisal will be more efficient and beneficial to our government.
