Since the development of economic globalization, anti-dumping has been a normal measure for countries to protect its trade interest. Labour cost is one of the most important elements to cognize the existence of dumping, while labour standard is important to cognize the labour cost. The ILO has concluded a series of conventions and recommendations on the establishment of international labour standard. And as international trading has developed so fast, it's thought to be connected with international labour standard. Developed countries and developing countries fell foul on it, and WTO has no clear idea either. Hence this article take labour cost as a point cut, focusing on ILO, WTO, developed countries and developing countries'attitude toward the international labour standard. And then raises some advice for China's practice.
