China's Civil Society Sense Of Responsibility And Training

Citizens'social conscientiousness—an important part of citizen's basic quality. As an element of self-awareness, it is the foundation to keep harmonious relationship between individual and family, social, country in political, economic, and social activities. However, every citizen has relevant social responsibility, which is the symbol that individual achieve socialization. It is an important element whether we can get political, economic, cultural development and improvement; it is also an internal requirement and spiritual connotation about harmonious society. A qualified social citizen should own healthy, good social responsible consciousness to recognize their rights, obligations and social responsibilities they should fulfill. Excellent citizen's social conscientiousness is the requirement to improve socialist democracy,to protect socialism market runs successfully, to promote socialism culture civilization, to construct harmonious socialist society.However, nowadays, our country is an important transformation era. It brings excessively changing in traditional social structure, interpersonal relationship, cultural psychology etc. Furthermore, it makes great changing in people's conceptions, living methods and communication ways. During this period, there is a serious social phenomenon: deficiency of citizens'social conscientiousness in many aspects and areas, which causes several social problems becoming increasingly acute, and affect constructing the harmonious society seriously.Since the reform and opening policy, scholars have paid much attention to the researches of social responsibility. They probe and try to deal with these problems, such as government responsibility, business responsibility, citizen's social responsibility. There are so many researches and statements on government responsibility, business responsibility, citizen's responsibility, and the relationship among them, while a little poor about citizens'social conscientiousness. Recent years, at the background of constructing harmonious society, many scholars have put the focal point on the social problem about entire deficiency of citizens'social conscientiousness.At such a background, and on the past scholars'research basis, I give interpretation for the conceptions of citizen's consciousness of social responsibility; interpret the meaning and the value of cultivating for consciousness of social responsibility; conclude the construction of citizen's consciousness of social responsibility; state the construction of citizen's consciousness of social responsibility. On this foundation, I explore the way of cultivating citizens'social conscientiousness in this thesis in order to give some meaningful suggestions on constructing harmonious society and cultivating citizens'social conscientiousness.
