The prevalence rate of current smoking was 13.53% in male students and 2.05% in female students. Those rates of male were significant higher than those rates of female (x2=350.632, P<0.01; x2=309.876, P<0.01; x2=338.618, P<0.01). The experienced smoking rate in students from urban was 15.48% while that rate in students from rural area was 23.16%.7.99% students from urban and 12.82% students from rural finished their first cigarette before 13 years old. The current smoking rate was 4.74% in students from urban and 10.31% in students from rural area. Those rates of students from rural area were significant higher than those rates of students from urban area (x2=67.924, P<0.01; x2=44.911, P<0.01; x2=79.889, P<0.01). The average age of onset of smoking was 12-13 years old. The graduate grades have higher prevalence rates of smoking behaviors than other grades. The incidence of risk behaviors in smoking group were higher than non-smoking group in dieting, fighting, intended suicide, drinking, internet addiction behaviors. There were closed relationship between smoking behaviors and fighting, intended suicide and alcohol using behaviors. Conclusion:Valid strategies aimed specially to the key population, such as male students, primary school students, graduate grade, students from rural area, should be designed and implemented together with the regular programs.
