Since the reform and opening up, China's rural labor mobility trends out increasingly evident. According to the National Development and Reform Commission's plan,the level of urbanization in China will be increased to 45%-60% by 2015;there will be 12 million people each year to become urban residents from now on.How to deal with the new social problems during the progress of migrant workers'civilization to create conditions for the urban migrant workers smoothly integrate into new citizen is an urgent need for academic research.In Recent years, the government pays more attention on the migrant workers. It Issued various documents of migrant workers in employment, income,training, social security issues such as comments and responses。And all levels of government have introduced a series of measures to solve the problem of migrant workers.Academic world do a lot of research on migrant workers'civilization, but there are very few articles from a business perspective do such research.State-owned enterprises relates with the government more closely than any other company, so the corresponding treatment introduced by the Government's policy relating to migrant workers a higher sensitivity.Individual's life course is seen as product from a larger social forces and social structures.This paper base the M state-owned enterprises'migrant workers as a case study, using the depth interview to describe the transition of migrant workers' civilization.This paper also analyzes and resolves their civilization level and interaction in survival occupation,lifestyle, social psychology,social status.The paper concludes that the public enterprises play an extremely important role in the process of migrant workers'civilization.First, the state-owned enterprises'relatively stable jobs and higher wages and benefits provide a material basis for migrant workers'civilization.Second,continuous vocational training is the key to civilization.Third, the nature of state-owned enterprises increases the enterprise migrant workers'sense of honor. Enterprise's promotion and respect of migrant workers reduce the migrant workers'sense of inferiority in the work and life.Then good corporate reputation has been facilitated for the migrant workers' rent.Finally, organized transfer of rural labor is the major premise to migrant workers'civilization.Therefore, I believe that the public enterprises play a fundamental role in the process of migrant workers'civilization.So we should pay more attention and guidance.
