From The Sight Of The Reform On The Mechanism Of Prevention Of Corruption In China To Explore

Corruption is the tumor of the society, the hidden danger of the country. People have been searching for all kinds of solutions to crack down and prevent corruption ever since its first appearance. With China's fast economical development and the continuous deepen of society innovation, corruption also starts to grow in a higher level toward a collective orientation. In order to enhance the power of anti-corruption and change its method, the Party passed"Decisions about the enhancement and improvement of several important issues by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China"on the Firth Session Seventeenth Central Committee of the Party, which emphasized"intensify the innovation efforts of Education, Supervision, Revolution, and Regime to prevent corruption more efficiently".Based on Regime innovation, this paper is in quest of construct a effective regime of corruption prevention of China by properly designed system, and develop the functions of power, law and merit in corruption prevention, therefore reduce the existence possibilities of corruption. The first chapter focuses on the related concepts of corruption and anti-corruption, the definition of which, and the reasons of origination with features; The second chapter states the current corruption situation ever since 1949, and illustrated the characteristics and tendencies of China's corruption situation with cases and statistics; the third chapter is the focus of the whole paper, which discussed the feasibility of anti-corruption regimes based on the content of the first two chapters; the last chapter discussed principles of transparency, specification, competition and comprehension that regimes must abide in order to reform and perfect the anti-corruption regimes.
