Junior High School Students An Informal Group Communication Research

Communication exists among all human activities,is the necessary of channels of transferring information and mutual communication between human being. With the maturity and the development of communication theory gradually being introduced into education management.The informal junior students group generally exists in the school and class organization, has a vital important effect on the development of the school and the class.Therefore,this study focuses on the research of management communication of the informal junior group. Based on previous research result and related reference materials, we study the communication between teachers and the informal junior students group with the reference analysis and questionnaire surveysFirstly,this paper definites the related concepts , expatiates the theory of communication. Secondly,this paper deseribes the present condition of teachers—the informal junior students group's communication, analyses some problems and reasons exsiting about them. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions to about problems.The research selects,in Dalian and Tieling, 120 junior middle school teachers and 240 junior students as subject from 5 junior middle schools. Through the investigation and analysis, get the main conclusions as follows:Firstly,there are several serious problems as follow between communication of teachers and the informal junior students group.1.The communication between teachers and the informal junior students group puts much more attention on learning question than emotional communication.2.The way of communication is single.3. Lack of communication with the informal groups of intermediate students .Secondly,the causes of communication problems exist.1.Differences in teachers-students status.2.The characteristic of the informal junior group.3. Lack of communication skills of teachers.Lastly,aiming at these communication questions between teachers and the informal junior students group we propose some suggestions.1.Teachers should raise their self-awareness, figure out the explicit purpose of communication, adjust attitude towards communication, emphasize communication with the point man of the informal junior group.2.Teachers should improve their communication skills, master the language skills, be good at attentively listening,learn to appreciate and praise their students and pay attention to the feedback.3.Focus on the positive role of the communication way and the communication environment. We shoulld redouble our efforts to bulid up a cultural class, build a good communication environment .
